The
Foxton RSA Trust Board (Inc) Deed of Trust
provides for a Board of nine (9) Trustees.
The
Trustees are appointed by the Trust, which
has the authority to appoint and remove
Trustees in accordance with Clause
15 b to
the Foxton RSA Trust Board (Inc) Trust Deed.
Trustees are normally members of the Foxton
RSA and all are citizens of long standing
within the Horowhenua community and the
surrounding districts.
All
the Trustees that make up the Foxton RSA
Trust Board are registered with the
Charities Commission. They are persons of
great integrity and their aim is to serve
the Trust Board in keeping with the purpose
of the Trust |
